The Journey

Logo's Meaning

The compass is our symbol because a compass keeps it's user on the straight path, just as Christ is with us... our direction and guidance.

The Journey is a spiritual renewal experience for college students of the Methodist Church. It is an offspring of the Methodist Cursillo of Madison, MS, USA.

College age students are the main focus of The Journey, though there are several adult positions available as well! Those who either just finished college or are sitting out for a time are welcome.

In Madisson, there are generally two weekends a year, once in November, and once in February. During the weekend, food, singing, and plenty of God to go around for everyone. The Journey begins on 6 PM Friday, and lasts until around 4 PM Sunday.
